My goal for this short exercise is to encourage you to realize the magnitude of changes you've already helped create as a result of being actively involved in animal welfare (no matter what level you're at), explore the power of influence, and be mindful of what works. By participating in guided writing exercises you will accomplish the following:
1. Reveal to yourself some effective moments in the history of your own evolution.
2. Understand some perhaps not so obvious role models.
3. Recognize the power of active engagement in opportune moments.
4. Explore development and receptivity before planting seeds.
5. Glean creativity for simple, yet effective projects.
6. See how you have been an essential part of specific changes.
7. Create a study of diplomacy, daily action and charting positive results.
I will also offer some small anecdotal examples from my own history in activism to stimulate the process.
