Conference sponsors help us keep the costs for attendees to a minimum, and greatly increase the quality of the conference. To become a sponsor, please fill out our sponsorship form (on our exploreveg.org website).

Platinum

Level of Support: $5,000 (or more)

This level is only available for one sponsor!

The platinum sponsor will be the premiere sponsor of TLOV 2010. In addition to the other sponsorship benefits, you will also receive a free ad on the back page of the program and your name and/or logo on the conference bag. In addition, the main auditorium will be named after you, and you can provide a banner to be hung in a prominent place in or outside the auditorium.

Gold

Level of Support: $2,000 (or more)

There are several rooms being used for the conference. Gold sponsors will have a room named after them. Attendees will ask each other, "Hey, are you heading to the Acme Veg Corp room?"

Silver

Level of Support: $1,000-1,999

Food and drinks will be provided throughout the event. On-site meals and refreshments reduce distractions for attendees during the conference and increase networking opportunities between them. When you sponsor food, attendees will say to one another, "Acme Veg Corp provided this coffee. That's hot!"

Bronze

Level of Support: $250-999

Expenses are not limited to facilities and food. We greatly appreciate any contribution that benefits our attendees by allowing us to create a wonderful conference atmosphere.

Is my sponsorship tax deductible?

Yes. Compassionate Action for Animals is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and all sponsorship donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowable by law.

How many people are attending?

We anticipate that over 250 people will be attending. They will be students, professionals, community members, and sponsors.
