In this interactive workshop, Greta Gaard (co-founder of the Minnesota Green Party and editor of Ecofeminism: Women, Animals, Nature) and pattrice jones (co-founder of the Eastern Shore Sanctuary and author of Aftershock: Confronting Trauma in a Violent World) will offer an ecofeminist analysis of the exploitation of cows for milk and then ask participants to join them in sketching out plans for a feminist campaign against dairy with the hope that all will carry the ideas back to their home communities and organizations.
