Hi, I'm Sarah. I've been vegan for three years and was a vegetarian for a few months before that. I've been interested in animal advocacy for a long time and it's exciting to see a conference like this in my hometown. I am currently in college and hope to open a vegan bakery and deli someday. I'll be volunteering at the Farm Sanctuary table Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon.
