Sponsorship

Their Lives, Our Voices is a low cost, two-day conference that will be held at the Humbert H. Humphrey Conference Center. The event is scheduled for June 6-8, 2008. Gold

Level of Support: $1,500 (or more)

There are several rooms being used for the conference. Gold sponsors will have a room named after them. Attendees will ask each other, "hey, are you heading to the Acme Veg Corp room?"

Silver

Level of Support: $750-1,499

Food and drinks will be provided throughout the event. On-site meals and refreshments reduce distractions for attendees during the conference and increase networking opportunities between them. When you sponsor food, attendees will say to one another, "Acme Veg Corp provided this coffee. That's hot!"

Bronze

Level of Support: $250-749

Expenses are not limited to facilities and food. We greatly appreciate any contribution that benefits our attendees by allowing us to create a wonderful conference atmosphere.

Is my sponsorship tax deductible?

Yes. Compassionate Action for Animals is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and all sponsorship donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowable by law.

How many people are attending?

We anticipate that 200-250 people will be attending. They will be students, professionals, community members, and sponsors.
